Dec 2007 through Feb 2008 Meeting Schedule
The meetings for the next three months are scheduled to take place on the following Sundays:
December: 2nd, 9th, and 16th (1pm - 5pm)
January: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th (1:30pm - 5pm)
February: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th (1:30pm - 5pm)
Please bring a board and clock, if you have one.

why are they suddenly on sundays? definitely can’t make them

Well, we wanted to make the meetings happen every week, on a consistent day of the week, and on days that didn’t conflict with other clubs in the area, and this is the best the library could do for us.
If we could have had any day, I probably would have had the club meet on Wednesday evenings, as I know many people reserve their weekends for spending time with their loved ones, and Wednesdays wouldn’t have confliced with any other clubs in the area.
But Wednesday nights happen to be very popular at the library, so they were already reserved for other clubs, and we pretty much have to take what we can get.
I’m sorry that Sundays are bad for you, but there are other clubs in the area that meet on weekdays. Just click on the “Other Clubs” link at the top of this page for a list of some of them.
