Chess in the Parks

The Chess-in-the-Parks Rapid Open is scheduled to take place on September 29th, 2007, in Central Park, NYC. If there is enough interest, maybe we can make a club trip to the event. Register early!

First Meeting Report

The first club meeting just ended, and it was a great success. About 15 people showed up, lots of games were played, and everyone seems to have had fun.

A more detailed report about the meeting will be posted soon, along with the Ladder rankings.

Thanks to everyone for coming, and we hope you can come to the next meeting, which is tentatively scheduled for the 21st of this month. When the date is more firmly set, it will be announced on this web site, and through email to everyone who wrote down their email address on the sign-up sheet.
